Call for proposals published for the selection of Italian projects for the IPCEI CAM "Circular Advanced Materials"

A public call has been published inviting Italian companies to submit expressions of interest for the selection of projects under the Important Project of Common European Interest (IPCEI) "Circular Advanced Materials" (CAM). This initiative focuses on the development and first industrial deployment of circular advanced materials to support the green transition and strengthen the European Union's industrial competitiveness and strategic autonomy.

Expressions of interest must be submitted by September 22, 2026, to the certified email address (PEC): dgind.div05@pec.mimit.gov.it.

The notice aligns with European industrial policy and targets companies planning to develop projects with a strong emphasis on research, development, and innovation. These projects aim to reduce reliance on critical raw materials and bolster European strategic autonomy in sectors such as clean technologies, renewable energy, storage systems, sustainable mobility, industrial decarbonization, and applied electronics.
